  We let everyone else speak to the harsh realities of life. That is ok. We feel the pain and suffering of this world as much as anyone else. Life can be very, very difficult and sad.


Through New Neon, our creative energy  has a voice within our music and with what we share online. Our message is that artistic expression has a positive effect.


Everyone responds to various messages and is free to interact with what they need. We believe in art through all forms of communication.


New Neon is a place for that communication. Fun, stylistic and free. There is plenty of literal and grity realism out there. We offer a break. 


A fantasy future and a life in the now that can deliver all that you desire. Generated from the self, but inherently selfless as the goal is to stimulate something in the artistic world we feel has been hidden for far to long. We can all be real and yet be lost in the beauty of what we seek all at the same time.

New Neon is getting down to serious business..getting geared up for Future LIVE shows!


Plus, finishing up on two new tracks, 'Polaroid Bed Party (Champagne Crazy Mix)' & 'It's Automatic' to be included for the first 'commercial release' album 'Flick The Switch'. No release date for the album yet, we'll keep you posted!

There are remixes in the works for the song, 'It's not the same' from Council House Recordings. Also, check out the latest remix by Synthetik Form for the New Neon track 'Dirty Pink (Hysteria Remix by Synthetik Form)'

What's on my mind..

Let me tell ya..packing is a bitch! Especially if it's just you doing it! Sucks donkey balls! I have never had to pack this much alone..what a pisser! (end rant)

Anyway, I am looking forward to moving into the Freakq Factory on Friday! That rocks! I'm ready to be with my man everyday and every night full on! Next Friday is our BIG DAY =)

So much has happened and so much is curently going on..it's amazing how we've managed through it all without breaking down..well in between the madness there is a great deal of love and support between us and for us and with our family and friends..that's grand!

And we are also gearing up for a NYC trip coming up early September..week after Labor Day Weekend..now that is something we BOTH need and desire!! We deserve it! Honeymoon in NYC!!

If you are reading this and keep up with anything having to do with New Neon, check back often..because there will be some video action coming soon from our trip, plus once we get back..it's full on creativeness into video and art and music...all of it! You may see more of us if you follow what we do.

New Neon is such a creative force in more ways than you can imagine.

You may have already seen and heard some of what we've done musically and visually that is out there..and that's really only a slice of what we do and what we are all about. I will be posting updates here about what we are up to as we move through the process.



Nothing is ordinary in our lives and there's nothing boring about us either..people can take it or leave it. We know that not everybody likes it all or truly gets what we are doing, but that is fine by us. It's all for the fun of art and life embraced together.

Alright, now I must get back to finishing up a few things around here and devour my mocha frapp that is almost turning into liquid...Yum!

City Wide Garage Sale

I was at the City Wide Garage Sale earlier today helping my Mom set up her booth here in Austin Texas and found this awesome mannequin! She is full size..she's lovely! Took this photo just to have. My fiance and I will go tomorrow and take a look at her together. I would have bought her already if I had the cash! I think she would fit nicely in the Freakq Factory.

First, I will let my handsome fiance take a look at her in person and then we will both decide. I love her already!

If she's a definite no for us, well then there's always plenty more out there! I just wanted to share on my blog.

If you are reading this and you're in Austin then I recommend going to the City Wide Garage Sale! Lots of vintage goodies all around! Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 11-5.

My mother has her own booth and if you are going, stop by and say Hello to Helen at #422.

Wedding plans

I'm excited!!


Well it is almost complete! Wedding plans are becoming more and more real and official! I have been very happy with my man and the planning we've come to so far has been wonderful! Amazing that neither of us has freaked in a bad way..definitely all good vibes!

We are both very excited and looking forward to our date that is set for August 27th 2010. It will be at a nice little chapel over looking a beautiful view outdoors in the hill country. A very short and intimate ceremony will be held in the morning. We are ready to start our new life together as a newly wed couple as early as possible. We are so much in love,and it will definitely be a day to remember and a life to cherish for the rest of our lives.

23 days to go! YAY!!

New Neon...

This is a new universe and art is being created by millions of people who would normally not have access to do so. Obviously not everything we post on Facebook or Myspace rises to the level of true Art, but the artistic energy is alive in everything we do.

We are not funded by a record company and therefore do not see ourselves like any big label band that may be out there like that. We are true. Doing everything ourselves and giving it away. Pure expression.

To all our personal friends out there we hope this blog helps explain things better. We really haven’t had much time to do that.


One thing is for sure, we put love, laughter and soul in everything we do. We hope you guys respect the effort and appreciate the artistic expression. We would love to hear from you!

Hello to all of you!


Thank you for coming by and checking out my blog! Whether you just happened to 'virtually' stumble upon it or followed my link from other sites.

I appreciate you taking the time for a moment to look at my blog. I enjoy using this blog for creative purposes as you can see and every once and a while to express myself however I may choose.

I love to share any news I may receive on Subspace Freakquency DJ events and music. Plus, New Neon is a major part in my world with Subspace Freakquency as far as music goes and speaking of...

New Neon will turn 1 year this 23rd of May! Wow! How about that! Amazing that it has lasted this long and with about 19 original New Neon songs, plus 8 collaborations in the Neon mix! Plus! More to come!! Originals AND Collaborations!! Stay tuned!

As we love to call our friends/fans 'Spider babies' We also love to call a lot of our short length songs..'electro biscuits' yeah I just thought I'd throw that in there for those who did not know that about New Neon. :)

Subspace Freakquency and I love to create music together, and aside from New Neon, we love collaborating with one another on solo projects as well as with other music artists internationally. We've collaborated with [audible] in France, Synthetik Form in Brazil, and ARS A.V.I. in Italy.



If you get the chance, take a moment and go to their music sites and have a listen..you won't regret it, they truly are very talented. While I'm at it..check out Subspace Freakquency's solo work! Just click on their names and you'll be directed to them.

For now, New Neon enjoys making music in the studio and sharing it online only..perhaps one day we will venture out and do it live! Who knows, at least for now..we love doing what we do at our own pace.

We share our music and videos all for free..for downloading and viewing pleasures. We hope you can appreciate that and enjoy it for what it is..just two people who love creating art in many forms and having the freedom to express it.

New Neon loves listening to other artists who also have a great passion for music and sharing with the world! Sound Cloud is definitely one of our favorite places to find and listen to new artists/bands..it's chalk full of great diverse music! We love it!!
