for yourself....choose new neon style. it's funky, dirty, nasty, trashy, and fun. just throw it together. if you like something wear it. don't worry if it goes with everything else. put it on. make it work. thats how we create. thats how we live. just make it work for you. don't worry about anything that anyone else will think or say. they are not you. be your neon self and glow in your own special way. we will keep making musik that does what it wants to do.

Words of Neon

New Neon is a very personal experience. This is something personal that we are sharing. It is an expression and an experiment. It is an outlet for creativity.

Millions of people experiment and create for millions of reasons. Our reasons are deep within us; it is just what we do. There has never been a desire to conform to anything, just our own pure, unique expressions.

We use electronic music and instruments to help generate the expression, but we are not limited to any style or genre. We do not filter our creativity through someone else's interpretation of what music is or how music is supposed to sound. We think of our music as a voice...one unique voice in the chorus of everything that is.

We are doing this because it is what we do and have been doing all of our lives. Creating, recording, writing, producing are not things we have to do in order to create....it is what we love to do and is at the heart of our expression. The only possible failure in this endeavor would be to stop the natural expression of who we are.

Our future does not depend on others, but it is a wonderful interaction when we are able to share our creative expressions online and in the future through performance.

We are not a standard band or act in any way, shape or form and our artistic expression is constantly evolving as we continue to connect and experience it. We sincerely hope that in some way our music and energy connects at some level with you.

We encourage everyone to find and fulfill their own expressions in life so that the world becomes an even more dynamic and interesting place.

New Neon just finished their new album titled "Flick The Switch" No dates on the release yet.






New Neon is currently in the studio working on new songs and practicing their new tracks for upcoming live shows here in Austin. They're very excited and looking forward to performing live!

Hello to all of you!


Thank you for coming by and checking out my blog! Whether you just happened to 'virtually' stumble upon it or followed my link from other sites.

I appreciate you taking the time for a moment to look at my blog. I enjoy using this blog for creative purposes as you can see and every once and a while to express myself however I may choose.

I love to share any news I may receive on Subspace Freakquency DJ events and music. Plus, New Neon is a major part in my world with Subspace Freakquency as far as music goes and speaking of...

New Neon will turn 1 year this 23rd of May! Wow! How about that! Amazing that it has lasted this long and with about 19 original New Neon songs, plus 8 collaborations in the Neon mix! Plus! More to come!! Originals AND Collaborations!! Stay tuned!

As we love to call our friends/fans 'Spider babies' We also love to call a lot of our short length songs..'electro biscuits' yeah I just thought I'd throw that in there for those who did not know that about New Neon. :)

Subspace Freakquency and I love to create music together, and aside from New Neon, we love collaborating with one another on solo projects as well as with other music artists internationally. We've collaborated with [audible] in France, Synthetik Form in Brazil, and ARS A.V.I. in Italy.



If you get the chance, take a moment and go to their music sites and have a listen..you won't regret it, they truly are very talented. While I'm at it..check out Subspace Freakquency's solo work! Just click on their names and you'll be directed to them.

For now, New Neon enjoys making music in the studio and sharing it online only..perhaps one day we will venture out and do it live! Who knows, at least for now..we love doing what we do at our own pace.

We share our music and videos all for free..for downloading and viewing pleasures. We hope you can appreciate that and enjoy it for what it is..just two people who love creating art in many forms and having the freedom to express it.

New Neon loves listening to other artists who also have a great passion for music and sharing with the world! Sound Cloud is definitely one of our favorite places to find and listen to new artists/bands..it's chalk full of great diverse music! We love it!!
