I despise the fact that streaming services are ripping off bands. I can no longer support that system and hereby refuse to use any streaming service for music.
I would encourage everyone to purchase music directly from the bands (especially when you see them on tour) or their Bandcamp page (if they have one) since they make 80-85% of the money from Bandcamp (depending on their account type).
I have a budget each month to buy music directly from the bands (even though labels and bands send me stuff as a DJ). It is important to support the bands you like. Like their social media pages! BUY their music! Go see them on tour!
In other words... BE A FAN! SUPPORT THE BAND!
